I have an old telegram sent to my grandfather, Clark W. Lawyer announcing the death of my ggrandmother, Phoebe Koonce (1836-1883).  The telegram was sent from Orangeville, Ohio by A man named Spitler.   I'm assuming if she died there, she must be buried there.  Phoebe was the daughter of Joseph Koonce and Priscilla Everheart.  She also was the wife of George Jaxthimer, who I also can't find.  Any help someone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for information about Abel Penn, who shows up in the 1820 census in Tuscarawas Warwick Ohio.  I am working on the Thomas Jefferson Penn family and trying to locate his parents.  Thomas was born in Marseilles, Wyandot, Ohio in 1816 and I am wondering if Abel Penn was his father.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
