I would very much like to learn more about my great-great grandparents Samuel and Christianna (Long) Young.  All I really know of them is that they met in Ohio and married in Ohio about 1845 and had their first daughter, Sarah in 1847 in Ohio before moving to Illinois.  I have quite a lot of information to share if anyone is interested in playing with "brick walls".  There is one marriage certificate from Hancock County, but I can't prove this is my Samuel and Christianna.  Anyone care to tell me where I might look next?  Please email me at shhunter730@gmail.com.  Any assistance is appreciated.

I'm looking for information about a Mrs. Catherine TRAVIS who was in her 80's and living in Cleveland as of 1920. At some time she had visited Cayuga Co., NY and written a history of the WALLIS/WALLACE family there which has been passed down, but now no one knows if/how she was connected the families or where she obtained her information.  Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looking for any information on Reuben Ann Adams Baker Herriott, daughter of John G. Adams and Millie Rucker.  She married and divorced a John S. Listed on my great-grandparents' marriage certificate: Rome E. Cross, born Ohio, September 13, 1862 (or possibly September 15th).  I can only find records pertaining to him during the few years they were married: 1895 to 1905.  Family history says he left my great-grandmother with four children, three of whom spent a year in an orphanage until she could earn enough money to make them a home and be able to feed the children.  I haven't been able to find out anything else about him.  Any information on this man would be most welcome!

I am trying to find my ggrandfather William Martin Gaba.  He was born 1886 in TN to Martin Alexander and Eliza Jane (Fink) Gaba.  He moved to Ohio after leaving MO, and his family somewhere between 1914 and 1917.
We know he remarried.  Found him in a boarding home in 1920 In Ohio.  Want to know where he's buried and find my cousins. He was a good carpenter at building.  He may have gone by William or Martin and spelled his name Gaby.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
