Zirkle, daughters Janice Parsons and Jaquie Clady, sons, Rickie Zirkle, Richard Clady and Timmy Carrai; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; father, Garfield Weese Sr.; 2 sisters, and 5 brothers Friends may call from 2 to 5 p m today at the Bauer-Laubenthal-Wsinwright Funeral Home,Chestnut Ridge Road and Route 57, Elyna. Services will be at 11 a m Monday at the funeral
home. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.

Garfield Weese
Enjoyed hunting, fishing
  Garfield Weese, 84, of Elyria died Tuesday at the EMH Regional Medical Center after a short illness.
  Born in Belington, W.Va, he lived in Elyria for the past 23 years.
  Mr. Weese retired from LTV Steel in Lorain in 1974, after 19 years as a brick layer. From 1935 to 1955, he worked for Bethlehem Coal Mines in Gassoway, W.Va.
  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching baseball and John Wayne movies.
  Survivors include his wife, Anneliese; sons Harold of Grafton,W.Va., Garfield Jr. of Lorain, Gilbert and Herbert, both of Elyria, and Larry and Terry Weese, both of Lorain; daughters Lorraine Garn of Oberlin and Willa JoTeter of Wellington; 41 grandchildren;59 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers Luther, Arnold, Fay and Bus Weese. all of West Virginia; sisters Irene Ensinger on Virginia, Tossie Mitchell of Maryland and Nina Lee Allen of West Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.
  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pearl Weese; a daughter,
Ethel Zirkle; an infant daughter, his parents, H.C. and Ethel Weese(nee Booth); brothers Homer, Grant Eugene and Bill Wreese; and three sisters.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Busch-
Curtis-Scheuffler Family Chapel, 114 Second St, Elyria, where services
will be at 1030 a.m. Friday.
       The Rev. Arthur Grandberry  will officiate.
Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
